Account and community participation terms

These terms focus on parent-managed access, respectful community behavior, and safe use of the learning library.

Who may use the service

Parent accounts must be created and operated by an adult caregiver, educator, or other authorized adult.

Children may use the learning content only under adult direction or supervision.

You are responsible for activity choices, supervision, and any materials used at home or in a classroom.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or unsafe community content.

Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass protections, scrape private user data, or misuse child-profile information.

Do not present TinyTotLot content as medical, legal, or clinical advice.

Community and moderation

Community discussions may be reviewed, limited, hidden, locked, or removed for safety, policy, or legal reasons.

TinyTotLot may suspend or close accounts that create child-safety risk, misuse the service, or violate platform rules.

Moderation reduces risk but does not guarantee that every user-submitted post is accurate, safe, or complete.

Liability limits

TinyTotLot is provided as a learning and planning service. Families remain responsible for supervision, implementation, and real-world decisions.

To the extent allowed by law, TinyTotLot disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from use of the service.

If you believe content creates safety, legal, or intellectual-property concerns, report it promptly so it can be reviewed.

Reporting and operator contact

Safety reports, copyright complaints, moderation appeals, or account issues can be sent to hello@tinytotlot.com.

These terms are a product-level operating baseline. Before public production launch, they should be reviewed against your final company structure, jurisdiction, and moderation workflow.
